How a request or a confirmed reservation is cancelled, and what happens to money.
Cancelling a reservation request
A reservation request holds no vehicle and takes no payment, so cancelling one before the written confirmation costs nothing. A call to 808-940-6460 quoting the reference number cancels it.
Cancelling a confirmed reservation
A confirmed reservation is cancelled by phone, quoting the reference number.
Cancelling fourteen or more days before the pickup time returns the full amount paid. Inside fourteen days of pickup the reservation is final, and the amount paid stays with the reservation.
Changes and no-shows
Date, time, and vehicle changes go through the team by phone, and depend on the vehicle being free for the new dates.
Cancellation by Island Luxe
A vehicle occasionally becomes unavailable through damage, a maintenance finding, or a delayed return by a prior guest. Island Luxe contacts the guest directly, offers an equivalent vehicle where the fleet allows, and returns any amount already collected for a reservation it cancels.
