Driver eligibility and permitted use
Who drives, what verification involves, and how a vehicle is used.
Minimum driver age
Every vehicle in the fleet rents to drivers 21 and older, and each vehicle page publishes that figure. A driver near the minimum brings a valid licence held in their own name, and the team confirms any condition that applies during the follow-up that reaches every guest.
Driver verification
A member of the team follows up personally after a reservation request arrives. Once the reservation is firm, the written confirmation carries a secure address for one photo of the driver licence. The privacy notice states how long that photo is held, who opens it, and when it is destroyed.
- A valid driver licence held by the person collecting the vehicle.
- A licence matching the name on the confirmed reservation.
- Additional drivers named before the vehicle is collected.
Permitted use
- Driving on maintained public roads on Oʻahu.
- Distance within the allowance published on the vehicle page.
- Fuel matching the grade published on the vehicle page.
- Return at the agreed time, place, and condition.
Responsibility for damage, for recovery, and for a third-party claim sits in the rental terms, and the written confirmation states the terms that apply to the reservation.
