The terms a guest accepts when creating a reservation request, covering the request itself, the vehicle, and the return.
What a reservation request does
Submitting the booking form creates a reservation request and a reference number. A request holds no vehicle and takes no payment. Island Luxe checks the calendar for the requested dates and replies with a written confirmation. The reservation becomes firm with that written confirmation.
The figures shown during a request cover the daily rate and the rental duration. Taxes, mandatory fees, and the security hold arrive itemised in the written confirmation before the reservation completes.

The vehicle
Each vehicle page publishes that vehicle's seating, luggage capacity, transmission, fuel type and grade, distance allowance, and minimum driver age. Those figures come from the vehicle records and govern the rental.
Fuel grade matters: a vehicle listed as taking premium fuel takes premium fuel. Returning a vehicle fuelled below its listed grade creates a recovery charge.
Choose the vehicle that fits your trip. Island Luxe can provide a comparable vehicle in the same category when fleet operations require a substitution.
Care and return
The guest returns the vehicle at the agreed time and place, in the condition it left, with the fuel level and distance allowance honoured as published on the vehicle page.
- Only drivers named on the confirmed reservation operate the vehicle.
- Smoking inside any vehicle creates a recovery charge.
- Off-road use beyond maintained roads sits outside permitted use.
- Transporting the vehicle off Oʻahu sits outside permitted use.
Payment
Payment happens directly with the team, and this website carries no payment step and stores no card details. A security hold applies to every rental: the team places it on the card arranged with them, and your quote and written confirmation state its amount and when it comes off.
