What the booking form collects

Creating a reservation request submits a first and last name, an email address, a phone number, the requested dates, a pickup location, the chosen vehicle, and any notes the guest adds.

Those details reach the Island Luxe team so a person can check the calendar and reply. The email address receives the confirmation of the request and the written reservation confirmation. The phone number allows a call about the pickup.

What this website does not collect

• No card number, bank detail, or payment credential.
• No identity document at the reservation form. A licence arrives later, once a reservation is firm, on its own secure page.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking identifier.

Driver licence documents

Once a reservation is firm, the written confirmation carries a secure address for one photo of the driver licence. That address belongs to a single reservation and opens from that message alone. The reservation form itself carries no licence field.

A licence photo stays encrypted where it rests. Only the Island Luxe team opens it, from a signed-in dashboard, and every opening is recorded. It is held for 90 days after the vehicle returns, and then it is destroyed.

The three-year period below covers reservation records. Licence photos follow the 90-day period stated here.

Security and bot protection

The booking form runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep automated submissions out. Turnstile processes a challenge token and technical signals from the browser to reach that decision.

Operational logs record a reference number, the stage a request reached, and timing. Those logs carry a one-way derived value in place of the email address, and they carry no name, phone number, notes, or challenge token.

Retention, access, and third parties

Reservation requests reach the team as email and remain in that mailbox. Cloudflare provides the hosting, bot protection, and email delivery that carry a request.

Island Luxe retains a reservation request for up to three years. Email brady@islandluxerentals.com to receive the details held about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted, and the team replies to that address directly.
